Stephen is an associate with the firm. He is beginning a practice focused on insurance defence.

A lifelong Hamiltonian, Stephen completed a Bachelor of Arts Summa Cum Laude and a Master’s in Sociology at McMaster University before attending Osgoode Hall law school. As a law student, Stephen worked at ARCH Disability Law Clinic in Osgoode Hall’s Disability Law intensive and worked with Pavoni Patton DiVincenzo LLP as a summer student in 2017 and 2018.

 

He obtained his Juris Doctorate at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019, successfully completed his articles at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP, and was called to the bar in 2020. Stephen has argued motions before the Superior Court of Justice and has assisted with the handling of a broad spectrum of files, including those involving personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, property claims, and accident benefits.
