Beau is a partner at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, property claims, fraud claims, subrogation, construction disputes, and professional negligence. Since being called to the Bar in January of 2014, Beau has worked exclusively in civil litigation with an emphasis on defence, and he has extensive experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various other administrative tribunals throughout Ontario.
Beau was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he excelled as an athlete earning the honour of representing his university, city, province, and country in rugby and football. While attending the University of British Columbia as a two sport varsity athlete, Beau obtained his Bachelor of Human Kinetics, and he later obtained his Juris Doctor in 2012, after attending law school at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of British Columbia.
Prior to articling, Beau worked directly for the Minister of Justice, focusing exclusively on Judicial Affairs under the now Honourable Guy R. Smith.
Beau is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Advocates’ Society. In his spare time, Beau still plays rugby in the Ontario Premier League, and he enjoys spending time with his family and labrador retriever.
