Diana is an associate lawyer at the firm. Since her call to the bar, she has practiced exclusively in
litigation for plaintiff personal injury, general litigation matters as well as insurance defence. She
currently maintains an insurance defence practice with emphasis on personal injury, motor vehicle
accidents and occupiers’ liability.
Diana completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts at McMaster University in 2002. Thereafter, she received a
Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit
Mercy, having completed the joint J.D./LL.B. program in 2005. She returned to her hometown of
Hamilton and completed her articles with Sullivan Pavoni Patton DiVincenzo and was called to the bar in
2006.
As an experienced litigator, she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, conducted
proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, administrative tribunals as well as
alternative dispute resolution forums.
She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
