Emily Beauvais is an associate lawyer with the firm. Since being called to the Bar in June of 2020, she has
practiced in a broad range of civil litigation, including personal injury and insurance defence, as well as
estate and contract litigation. She has extensive experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and License Appeal Tribunal. Emily’s current practice primarily consists of insurance defence work, handling a broad range of claims, including personal injury defence and accident benefits.

Emily was born and raised in the Niagara Region. She graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber
in 2016. She received an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies from the University of
Guelph and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College. She then received her
Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2019.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys attending local community events, as well as spending time with her
family and her three dogs, Remi, Serene and Wiley.
