Jeff is a partner at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP. His practice primarily consists of a broad range of insurance defense work with a focus on first party claims, coverage analysis, occupier’s liability, and property losses.

Born and raised in the Hamilton area, Jeff is proud to call Hamilton home. He completed a Bachelor of Arts (History) at Brock University (2007) and a Juris Doctor degree at Bond University in Australia (2011) before coming back home to be called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

Jeff has conducted trials and appeared before all levels of court in Ontario. He has also successfully argued appeals at the Ontario Court of Appeal and Divisional Court. He enjoys a wide range of sporting activities, including skiing, baseball and squash. Jeff travels frequently throughout Canada and abroad. He is a passionate Hamilton Tiger Cats and Montreal Canadiens fan.

He is a past President of the Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, an Executive of the Hamilton Lawyers Club, a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the treasurer of the International Association of Arson Investigators of Ontario.
