    John is an associate lawyer at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP.  His practice primarily consists of insurance defence work, handling a broad range of claims, including personal injury defence, occupier’s liability, accident benefits, and property loss. 
Born and raised in the Hamilton area, John completed a Bachelor of Arts at McMaster University and worked as a market researcher before attending law school.  He obtained a joint J.D./LLB degree at the University of Ottawa and Michigan State University in 2011, and went on to successfully complete his articles at Pavoni Patton DiVincenzo LLP.  John was called to the bar in 2012.
As an insurance defence specialist, John has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario.  He has successfully run trials at the Ontario Superior Court and arbitrations at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. 
John understands that his clients value the timely and efficient resolution of claims, and that this resolution depends on a precise assessment of the various issues involved.  As such, he has employed his insightful analysis and common-sense approach to ensure expedient and fair outcomes for his clients.
